A civilian Freighter captain
who met Captain Benjamin Sisko through his son Jake. From there, a relationship
started to form. She operated her freighter in the Bajoran Sector. She
and Captain Sisko shared a love of baseball, and she has a brother who
plays for the Pike City Pioneers on Cestus 3.
She later accepted the captaincy
of a Freighter for the Bajoran Ministry of Commerce, where she has her
pick of anything within the Bajoran Sector, providing she moves to Deep
Space Nine.
She was later caught and arrested
for smuggling weapons for the Maquis, and was sent to prison. She served
her time, and later resumed her relationship with Ben on DS9.
During the Dominion War, Kasidy
and Ben married, and Kasidy was pregnant with their first child when Ben
went to join the Prophets. She currently lives in the Kendra Province of
Bajor.
